EE4J Build team discussion notes Discussed progress with build and release activities. Dmitry reported all CI/CD jobs are in place. Working to complete all release jobs. Calendar targets remain a challenge as our initial dates appear to have been overly aggressive. We are not prepared to let go of the Mid December final release date yet. Jim Krueger reported some difficulties but he was able to work with Maxim to get things sorted out and is no longer blocked. Anand joined and reported on difficulties with CTS build and test CI jobs. From the logs, it appears that some jobs are "being killed" without reason. This is reported in Bug 540766. Frederic has tried some initial investigation but was unable to see any additional debug details. Anand reports that this job works on local systems. He has also found a suspicious bug that is reported against Jenkins though there is no workaround or other resolution detail in that bug. Work will continue. To recap progress: CI/CD jobs have all been completed. Maven Coordinate updates have all been updated. API Staging releases -- Good progress: 1 To-do/ not-started; 6 in progress; 23 completed Implementation Releases -- Improving and lots of activity: 12 To-do / not started; 28 in progress; 5 completed. Call out to community members -- if you can possibly pick up any of the "to-do" tasks under Implementation releases, that will help us achieve our December release goal.
