[ee4j-build] Notes from today's Jakarta /EE4J Build Team meeting

Status run-down from each developer present

Dmitry reported that we were unlikely to close all the CI/CD GH issues 
by Monday. Progress is quite good, but there will likely be a few 
stragglers that don't finish until sometime later in the week.

Tomas had no specific updates -- he is busy cleaning up release jobs.

Anand had similar updates. He is finishing some details with Eclipse 
Grizzly.

Tom Jenkinson asked for advice and experience using the release process 
-- he wasn't sure what happened after the EMO grants permission to 
release components.

We also suggested getting some usage details from the JAX-RS team since 
they have also completed this process.

We noticed that Jersey project still has a legacy CI instance running at 
ci.eclipse.org. Mikael created an issue to shut this down -- the Jersey 
project will need to comment/+1 this issue before it can be finalized:

There will be NO build team meeting next week due to conferences: 
EclipseCon in Europe and CodeOne on the West Coast.

We will meet again in two weeks on Oct. 31.
