Is it possible to alter mailing list descriptions?

I found the Enterprise Security mailing list quite difficult to find 
since it's es-dev@xxxxxxxxxxx. Especially since the "template" for the 
list name is "'repository-name' developer discussions" - which turns 
into an unhelpful: "es developer discussions." There are several other 
list titles that I might recommend be changed as well.

Is this a: "File a bug for the web-master" problem? Or, is there a 
self-service option I can use?
