[ee4j-build] Glassfish agents attached to ci.eclipse.og/dash

Hi,

A couple of months ago, we provisioned a couple of agents for testing Glassfish builds on the Eclipse infrastructure (https://ci.eclipse.org/dash/).

Now that every EE4j projects have a dedicated Jenkins instance, it seems that the agents (and the test instance) is not useful anymore.

We plan to shut them down in 1 week (Oct 10th). If you're still using it, please speak up.
