Hi Robert.

An introduction is fine; I will update the agenda. 

As for the adopters process, here is what I propose:

  1. An Eurotech staffer creates a PR to add your partner / customer as an adopter. The PR's description must explicitly identify a point of contact in the adopter organization. 

  2. The adopter point of contact emails iot@xxxxxxxxxxx confirming that they wish to be listed as adopters for a specific set of projects and authorize Eurotech to submit a PR for them to that effect. The email should include a link to the GitHub issue created in step 1.

  3. Upon reception of the email, I will comment on the GitHub issue and confirm to the webmasters they can proceed since we received confirmation from the prospective adopter.

I feel bad about it but I simply can not find it.  I have this week an opportunity to explain the process to our teams internationally.
