[eclipselink-users] Inquiry on EclipseLink 5.x Stable Release Timeline

Hi EclipseLink Team,

We are currently using EclipseLink 5.x.x (specifically version 5.0.0-M1 milestone) in our enterprise Java backend project. While the milestone builds have been helpful, we've noticed that only pre-release versions (M and B) appear available on Maven repositories and Eclipse download sites, with no stable GA release listed as of January 2026—unlike the active version 4.0.9 which is recently released.

Could you please share any projected timeline for a stable 5.0.0 (or later 5.x) release?

Any updates further on this would be greatly appreciated.
