For a well-balanced program I believe it is important to have diversity of speakers. There are many dimensions to diversity but I think we could start with new people who want to speak and women that want to speaker.  Therefore, I have gone through all of the submissions and added a tag for newspeakers and femalespeakers.   I hope these tags can at least provide some visibility on how diverse our speaker list might be.
