Thanks for the feedback. I agree, it would be great if NA venues used the same pricing as the German venue for the food so we could have beverages all day. But it's not affordable in NA (or in France). :-(
In addition to a printed program handout and the monitors, we had two sets of printed big daily schedule signs on pin boards, one set upstairs and one set downstairs. Were these pin boards not located where you could find them easily, or am I somehow not understanding what additional schedule information would be useful on site?

With respect to talks - I didn't get to see that many but if there was one thing I missed
was a plan overview to remember where things were at. The monitors showed it but you had to
wait for cycling through.
If each poster would on its back have a plan overview my life would have been much easier the first two days ;)

Also, please make sure you invite any speakers at ECE that gave a great
talk. We certainly don't want a lot of repeat talks but having some of the
best from ECE at EclipseCon NA is always a good idea.
