Re: [eclipsecon-na-program-committee] early-bird selection process

Hey!

I hope you are all fine with this process for the early-bird selection tomorrow.
This is a friendly reminder that out early-bird call is tomorrow at the usual time.

The agenda is:
- keynote update from Ian
- early-bird selection

Anything else you could like to discuss tomorrow?

Cheers,
-Martin

You can start to take a look earlier than that and change your votes up until the conference call starts. Just make sure that your 3 talks are voted with 5 stars by then.

The thought behind this is that we as a program committee should help people to submit good abstracts by giving them feedback before the final deadline approaches.
