A Dart talk would be fine, but it doesn't
seem high importance to me. There has been very little traction in the
community from what I have seen. A talk on how they built their IDE would
be more interesting than anything about the language itself.

Google just announced Dart 1.0 release.
 Should we ask someone from the Dart team to be an invited speaker?
