Here is a keynote update:
1) Hans Kugler has accepted.
2) Catarina Mota from openmaterials.org is available. She wants to charge a
small speaker fee so I need to check with Anne on the budget
3) I would like to propose that Mike Milinkovich do a keynote. Mike has
never done a keynote so it might be time. The topic of the presentation
would be about the next ten years of Eclipse. I talked with a couple of PC
members at ECE and they were very positive. Thoughts from other PC members?
I have mixed feelings about Jonas Boner as a keynotes. I thought we were
trying to avoid 'technology' keynotes but I assume Jonas would be talking
about Scala and Play. What do other think?

Just a short note that Jonas Boner has accepted to be an invited speaker.
He has asked if he could be giving a keynote. I'm not sure if this is
because he wants a longer time slot or just more visibility.
