Not sure if we need more keynote speaker ideas, but I just found this interesting page and to me it seems Patrick Dixon is a good speaker:

This talk is by Greg Wilson. He talks about the assumptions we make as software engineers (TDD is good, CI is good, etc..) and challenges us to 'prove' why those things are good. This talk is by Bret Victor. He sets himself in 1973 and looks 40 years into the future. He explains the state of the art (for 1973) and imagines how much will have changed by 2013... Unfortunately, much of what we did in 1973 is still the same today. He then challenges us to rethink what we are doing, and not just follow the same-old-same-old.
