[eclipsecon-na-program-committee] Extra tutorial

Anne found a room that can be used on Monday
by the SOA group for the 3-hour symposium they were asking for. It is a
smallish room but seats 18 when configured as a tutorial room. However
since SOA only goes in one slot (either morning/afternoon), it means that
room is available in the other time slot for an extra tutorial. Ian S offered
this slot to EclipseCon, and based on our current list I have added this
12th tutorial as "in":

Note it doesn't necessarily mean this
particular tutorial needs to be in the small room, we can juggle the rooms
around based on tutorial pre-registration numbers.
