[eclipsecon-na-program-committee] One more duplicate

There is one more potential duplicate that I had in mind but forgot to bring up:

http://www.eclipsecon.org/2013/sessions/how-become-eclipse-committer-and-survive
http://www.eclipsecon.org/2013/sessions/revise-eclipse-development-process

As I said in one of the comments, if we are aiming for about 5 community talks, having two from Wayne is not representative.  Lars commented that the "revise" talk is aimed more at insiders and likely not of interest to wider audience. Although it is a topic that is very important to me personally, I agree with that assessment. I think we should reject the second one, and keep only the "how to become committer" talk. If there are changes to the development process coming in 2013 that committers need to know about, they can cover that in the first talk. More detailed discussion on revising the development process would be a good topic for a smaller side meeting of interested committers, perhaps as part of or combined with the regular architecture council meeting that traditionally occurs on the Sunday before the conference. If you agree with this, please revise your vote down on the second talk...
