I read at <
http://ianskerrett.wordpress.com/2011/12/05/selecting-the-eclipsecon-program/>
that it's possible to get feedback on the declined proposals from the
PC. I submitted a proposal based on a research study that we conducted
on the use of Eclipse refactoring tool. We love to hear PC's feedback
on our proposal.
Thanks,

Hello,
Thank you for submitting your proposal for EclipseCon 2012.

We received many more proposals than we have space for, and thus have been
forced to decline a large number of quality submissions. Unfortunately, and
with our apologies, your proposal is one of those we had to leave out.
We look forward to seeing you at EclipseCon, and we urge you to
http://www.eclipsecon.org/2012/registration register early to take advantage
of the lowest price.
