That's a good one to bring up. I only found two on Ceylon:

[1] http://www.eclipsecon.org/2012/sessions/ceylon-language-and-its-tools
[2] http://www.eclipsecon.org/2012/sessions/behind-scenes-ceylon-ide

Both talks are by the same authors, and I really didn't want to see both. Personally either one of those is fine with me, but I picked [2] and voted down [1] to avoid the duplication. My reasoning is there are likely only a small number of people interested in Ceylon specifically (every week there is a new language), but lots of people wanting to write their own tooling who might like a "behind the scenes" look at the tooling. But in the end it looks like the PC voted more in favour of [1], so I am happy to switch. Again my goal was avoiding duplication rather than a specific problem with the talk. We should probably just ask the authors to withdraw one talk, and tweak the abstract of the other one to suit the material they feel is important to cover. Ironically I suspect they entered two talks to "increase their odds" but in the end hurt their chances by doing so.
