Too bad the submission lacks the speaker info. A bug in the system?
As Andrew already pointed out the speaker is Sang Shin (see the attached slides), who seems to be an independent trainer and Java evangelist :
http://www.javapassion.comJRebel is indeed a great technology. It won several important awards and they have support for Eclipse Plug-in Development as well.
Given Andrew's comments I'd suggest to rethink the votes.

It looks good to me.
I voted '2' because I'm afraid that this is promotion of non-Eclipse
commercial tooling. As great as the technology is, I'd rather like to
see the slots given to talks that are somehow connected to Eclipse
technology (with the exception of one or two pure Java 7 talks).
