If we can get make KINECT talk/demo outside of the regular schedule then
we should do it this way! I'm not afraid of having the Assholes talks on
the front page. If it's ranked higher then that's our choice anyway. ;)

I have a slightly different view on tutorials. There will always be new
people at a conference. IMHO we should also have tutorials that do the
basics all the time to help new people getting started. Given the (IMHO)
fair amount of tutorial slots this year I think we can make a good
trade-off between tutorials doing new and advanced stuff as well as
tutorials doing the basics.
