I think this kick off meeting is
most important to get things rolling. I’m happy to
skip my Thursday conflict if others do the same to
make it work.
I was thinking we’d go biweekly
until November. Then weekly through November with
lots of e-mails as we go. The first few meetings are
just about setting up the strategy, i.e. length of
talks, tracks, voting scheme, etc. And I’ll happily
step in as a benevolent dictator to make sure we
make timely decisions if things drag. We’re short
and time and we need to be quick and agile.

I have a recurring call every Wednesday at
11am EDT (Eclipse project weekly planning
call). I will find someone to replace me for
this week so I can attend the EclipseCon call,
but it's not the best slot for me. What will
the call frequency be?
