(I might have missed some people who
joined late, so feel free to update wiki page if you did). 

There were no comments, suggestions,
or objections to the plan [1] or requirements [2] but since a number of
people were not on the call I will count them as only "tentatively
approved" until our December meeting. If anyone has any suggestions
or issues they want to discuss, please post here to this mailing list as
soon as possible. On the other hand, if you were not at today's meeting,
and you approve of them as-is, then please post a +1 here to this list
-- I just want to be sure the whole council "buys in" and has
opportunity to express any concerns or suggestions.

Be aware that we in North America just
had our "Daylight Saving Time" change last weekend, so for those
of you with different rules, the "time of the meeting" may change,
for your local time. If in doubt, check the 'timeanddate.com'
link in the meeting agenda. 

I have put a quick draft of agenda on our wiki, but members should feel
free to add items if desired.

>From my point of view, the main things are the Mars Plan and Requirements:
to discuss if there are any changes to be made before M4 (our traditional
"final" version).
