Re: [eclipse.org-planning-council] Next call agenda
|
Hi, Rich,
Thanks, yes, that does make sense. In accordance with Eclipse's
openness, I certainly don't mind crashing your calls :-) but just
wanted to know whom you expect to "see." I'm glad, too, that the
mechanics of milestone coordination will be kept separate from the
planning process.
Cheers,
Christian

Hi Christian,
Technically, by definition, the Planning Council should have
representation
from all top-level projects and in theory be able to communicate to/
from all
projects on the train or otherwise (that would be myself and/or Ed
in your
case). That said, I doubt it would be a problem if you or any other
interested project lead wants to attend the calls.
I expect that once we get Galileo 'a rollin' that we'll recommence the
cross-project calls to coordinate efforts, as we did with
Ganymede/Europa/Callisto.
Make sense?
Thanks,
Rich

Hi, Rich,
I'm not sure, looking at the Agenda, whether this call is expecting
the attendance of Galileo Train project representatives or whether it
is intended for Planning Council business. As one of many Galileo
project leads that are not members of the PC, I'm not sure whether I
am expected to attend the PC meetings on a regular basis. Will
Galileo be holding separate calls for coordination as we did in
previous years?
Thanks,
Christian

Hello,
Just a reminder about our call next week:

As usual, please add to the agenda. I posted an improved(?) version
of the
Galileo Requirements for Participation there for review/input,
following up
from our discussion last time.
Thanks,
Rich
