[eclipse.org-planning-council] In-person meeting at EclipseWorld

Yes, we have a room booked for Monday, Oct. 27 at the Hyatt Regency Reston
where EclipseWorld is taking place.

1) Booking a hotel room
EclipseWorld has arranged a discounted rate of $239/night single,
$264/double.  Rooms must be booked by Oct. 8 to get this rate.  Book online
at https://resweb.passkey.com/go/eclipseworld or call the hotel at
+1-703-709-1234 and say you're attending as part of EclipseWorld.

2) Travel
EclipseWorld is offering an airfare discount with JetBlue. See
http://eclipseworld.net/hoteltravel.html for details.

If you're also planning to attend EclipseWorld after the conference please
note that employees of Eclipse member companies are eligible for a $500
price discount.  The code is MEMBERS.
