[eclipse.org-planning-council] Europa RC4 is green and available AND automatic Europa-matic builds have stopped
The Europa RC4 build is green and has been promoted to the Europa update site.

As per the schedule, the twice-daily Europa-matic builds have now stopped. Europa-matic builds will be done on request by the projects (that's you), if you find a problem and need to re-spin your own build. If you do re-spin your project's build, update your features-xxx.xml file and then send email to the list asking for a re-Europa-matic.
