+1 for a new keyword. AFAIK a tag would
not work, since it is owned by a concrete person (who can share the query
on his tag if he wants).

Hi,

I see most bugs for FEEP have [FEEP] in their subject. Why not simply use some bugzilla tags and keywords to deal with FEEP candidates and selection? When receiving an notification about a bug, whether it's FEEP or not is not really what one cares about.
