Re: [eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Suggested Themes for ECE

Shouldn't we add something which is the container for all the proposals which aren't ALM, Modeling, Industry Solutions or jubilee experiences.

The description for the 4 existing themes is fine.
