If I'm the only one with a conflict then let's go with Thursday at
11am Eastern. I have colleagues on both calls my other calls so I'm
sure I can provide input/get an update through them.

Hi Chris -- That time is OK for me. There are some
things that need to be decided on very soon, so not sure about
most of the group only attending the call every other week? Once
keynotes are chosen and submissions open, there's some slack time
until submissions close, but right now we have a few important
things on the timeline.
- Keynotes should be chosen within the next two weeks if possible
- Submission system parameters have to be chosen, such as
categories, tags, difficulty levels, etc.
- Category descriptions need to be written

Do we have a consensus on meeting
times/intervals?
My vote is Thursday 11am to 11:30am EST, every week for Donald,
Anne
and I, bi monthly for everyone else unless they really want to
attend
a weekly call.
Anyone have a serious conflict?
