Do we want to just create a Doodle Poll broken down into the 5 
categories that Donald suggested? This way we can track the votes and 
top one in each category wins?

I would also suggest that if a PC members talk is in that category they 
abstain from voting on the talks in that category. Just a suggestion 
though (I know somebody tagged one of my talks.)
