Sorry for the flip-flop (for good reason), but we’ve simplified the process for people who submit a talk to EclipseCon who want to lock in the early registration rate (in the event their talk is not accepted).

 

Rather than asking people to register now to lock in the early rate, we’re just going to ask people to wait until after the PC does their work.

 

Submitters with talks not accepted will be given a way to register at that time at the early registration rate.  No hassle, no upfront work, all you have to do is wait.  Moreover, we don’t have to go back and implement retro-coupon codes, and all that crap.   It’s just simpler.
