I think that the best we can do here is say that there indeed *can* be
budget for people to travel, but we can't put a number on it just yet.

So just put out names :)

So to facilitate recording all this information, I've put in a Panels page
on the EclipseCon wiki:

And I've put together a quick template for testing panel, which looks like

so other panelistas can copy+paste that content. There is probably a better
wiki way to do this, but I don't recall it at this moment. Comments on the
format and content are welcome. Or - it's a wiki, just edit it :)

There is a chance that you might not have an account on this wiki. It's not
your committer details, it's not your bugzilla creds, it's different.
If you don't
have an account there, then just shout and I'll get it organized (although I
will attempt to do so in advance of the shouting, but I don't have perms to
do it directly, natch).
