Darin, Yes, each speaker received an email. We didn't put in code to exclude the curators (like yourself) because it was just too much work and we figured you'd figure it out :-) But, yes, each short talk author received their own email. You can even go to the submission page for each talk and (as a logged in PC member) see if there is a checkmark next to the author. If there is, they've signed their agreement.
