I
have a 25 minute talk (493) OSGi
for Mobile Enterprise Applications
And
another25 minute slot (653): Symbian
Foundation... the other home for EPL
…
that do not really curate together very well. Does anyone have 25 minute
slots that would curate well with either of these?

[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Almost Done
!!
All,
I have attached a
spread-sheet that shows the final program allocations. As you review, you
will see three main columns. On the left is the original allocation. In
the middle are the changes to the program allocations. On the right are
the final program allocations.
I have updated the system based on
the aardvark flags that you set earlier. We will not start scheduling
until Friday afternoon, so if you had a change of heart (a better bribe offer)
then you may change the program. At this point, if you accept a talk, you
need to decline another that is in the same category!
Bjorn and I will be
scheduling the talks this weekend with the hopes that we can push the big button
on Monday.
Two immediate tasks
!
1) Curate your short talks
2) Provide Schedule
Preferences
e.g. This talk should be first, this talk should be
last. Please send any suggestions to the mailer or I.
Two
additional tasks for the coming months
3) After we press the big
button, blog about the talks in your category. Let's build some excitement
about all of the great talks that will be at EclipseCon.
4) Work with
the submitters in your category to make sure that the talks are awesome.
This may include helping to clean up their Titles/Abstracts and for tutorials in
particular, reviewing the material that they have submitted.
I am
going to cancel our conference call for Tuesday next week. We may have a
call in January to discuss BOFs.
Thank you all for helping to build a
really great program.
Scott
