It is not so much put on the list, he just ended
up there because none of the talks he submitted or are participating in
look like they will be accepted (they were all declined).

I continue to be impressed by the amount of reporting and

I would like to have a quick run through the
names on the authors list to make sure that we are not excluding anyone
that should be in the program. The two names that I saw in the
unwanted list were Tonny Madsen and Peter Friese.
Why was Peter put on the list, anyone know?
