Subject: [eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Revised EclipseCon
2009 submissions instructions - now with a flowchart and a wiki
PC members,
I've made two changes to the EclipseCon submissions pages:
(1) I moved the pages from static HTML to the wiki. This means that everyone
(such as YOU!) can help edit and improve the pages rather than just waiting for
Scott or myself to make things better. Thanks for your help. Take a look:

(2) I found the huge list of categories on the categories page to be confusing,
so I wrote up a "choose-a-category flowchart" (again on the wiki). It
be good if each of you would review the flowchart and fix any problems you
see/add any additional questions or flows you think are useful. The idea should
be obvious: to help the submitter through the use of yes/no questions rather
than asking him or her to read all the categories, keep them in his/her head,
and then make a decision.
