One note, during our final discussion about tutorials it was left as having a note in the description that essentially said, "if you have a tutorial that is less than four hours contact the category lead". 

I realized that there is no provision in the submission system for this contact.  Instead in the call for papers and in the discussion of the tutorial talk it will indicate that if your tutorial is less than four hours you should submit it, with a note indicating how long you would like your tutorial to be.
