RE: [eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] I got somecancellations!

The submission system is fine. It sends cancellation emails to several
of us so that we know about it.
I will need the PC's help to fill the empty slots, though.
We could use some more tutorials, for sure. Are there any tutorials you
were hoping to get in?
