Seems that there was a problem with
the Foundation mail servers.  Messages appear to be trickling out
now.

Sorry for the spam but...   

I know that Rich sent out some messages regarding the new tracks but I
have not seen them.  I saw them referenced in Philippe's response
earlier today and then heard that another summary message was sent.  

So I am wondering a) is it just me that is not getting messages from Rich.
 b) is it the whole list (e.g., will I see my own message?) c) can
someone send me the latest state of the new slots?

Somewhat more in the dark than usual,
