[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] slots in flux

Below is a summary of various tracks
that seem to be in flux.  Some tracks have extra while others not
enough.  So given this, I propose slot reallocation as follows (details
below):
Mashup 1 => OSGi
Mashup 1 => Fundamentals
Java 1 => Java, RCP, ????  (we
can debate the merits of the various remaining proposals)
