Continuing down the list of top vote getters we have:

#7   	101  	Embedded Client testing using the eRCP Test Harness (*)

(*) accepted

There was a block of 22 email addresses that voted for exactly these three submissions. They each received a total of 28 votes. The #10 vote getter got 17 votes, so this block really skewed the results. Most of the votes were not anonymous accounts though, so it looks like a case of people asking their coworkers and people on the same project to vote for the submission.
