RE: [eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] summary of round 1 oflong talk proposals for today's call

This looks like a good list, though I count less than 30. I think we might want to hold off on marking things as 'accepted' until most of the list is settled in case we need to swap/combine some. Also, what do you think of leaving a couple slots open in case there are some interesting late submissions?
 
I noticed some of the top community vote-getters have received little or no PC votes. Now some of this is due to marketing of submissions, or votes from the development teams but still, it seems odd to me. Here are the top 18 community vote getters:

Recall that we have 45 long talk slots (plus 60 or 90 short talk slots depending on the final day’s length) based on last week’s allocation, with 8 long talks reserved for the business track.
