Ok, I managed to reach Bjorn and clarify his concerns over process, reporting, etc. One thing I didn’t realize was that our mailing list is not being publicly archived, so EclipeZilla is currently the only form of record available. Bjorn also is willing to allow us to use summary documents and then link to them via the individual BZ pages.

 

Let’s discuss how to proceed on the call, and if we get through that then look at the initial round of polling results.
