Please find attached my votes. I'd like to give some explanations for negative votes, which I'm also going to attach to the submissions. (BTW, that's why I'm using the word 'bug'. Eclipsezilla will convert it to a link to the submission.)
Submission 19: -1Although this submission doesn't overlap with bug 55 or bug 180 and is an interesting topic, I don't think that's enough to fill a complete tutorial slot. IMHO it could be rather a talk than a tutorial.
Submission 73: -1 This seems to overlap with bug 19. Please see my comments there. Submission 87: -1 This is rather a commercial demo than a tutorial. Submission 186: +0Sorry but all my votes are spent. I would really like to see the content of this tutorial somewhere. Maybe as an article and a talk.
Submission 138: -1 This seems to overlap with bug 172. Submission 70: -1 This seems to overlap with bug 52. Submission 192: -1IMHO "implemented on top of Eclipse" means that this engine is not part of Eclipse. I don't know if that engine is Open Source and/or comes dual-licensed with a commercial one.
Submission 177: -1Given our reserved number of slots I spent a negative vote on this one. It also looks like this tutorial is used to demonstrate the features of a commercial plug-in.
