Dear PMC members, 

Vikas Chandra has been nominated as co-lead for the Eclipse PDE sub-project, see https://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/pde-dev/msg02345.html for details. He will co-lead PDE together with Curtis, who currently leads it by himself. Since there were no objections from the PDE committers I ask you to approve this change.
