Dear PMC members, 

Manoj Palat has been nominated as co-lead for the Eclipse JDT Core sub-project, see https://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/jdt-core-dev/msg02451.html for details. He will co-lead JDT Core together with Jay, who currently leads it by himself. Since there were no objections from the JDT Core committers I ask you to approve this change.
