Um, no. There is no change to the PMC membership proposed here
at all. The proposal is making Dani the lead of the Eclipse
Platform sub-project. Dani is already on the PMC, and there was
no proposal here to change the PMC Lead for Eclipse TLP. This
doesn't require a Board vote as far as I know
