I added the milestones for Equinox a while ago (up to 3.5 RC4). Are you not seeing the Equinox milestones after 3.5 M6? I see them.

Done for Platform, JDT, PDE and e4.  Unfortunately, I opened a new window to look a the sort order field for the Platform while editing e4 and that added the e4 milestones to the Platform.  Yay AJAX! 

I checked Equinox and it has milestones up to 3.5 M6, but I did not add the missing milestones.  I believe that we should not add the milestones there.
