Is there a process in place that project leads must follow when they decide to take a less active role in the Eclipse community? In Wassim's case it seems like some transition process should have been in place for him to hand the torch over to Chris or Darin. Maybe it is as simple as the current lead nominating a new lead and asking for a vote (kinda like voting in a new committer?)

Wassim and I are currently listed as the leadership of PDE.  Wassim is
no longer active. I am still interested but someone who is active on the
project should be involved.  Obvious candidates are Darin and Chris.
One suggestion would be to turn it over to joint leadership (Chris and
Darin).  I'd be happy to continue monitoring PDE from a PMC point of view.
