Hi Denis,
It's not just the idea of "internal" mirror. Even outside of the organization (but same country - Cyprus), one is redirected to download from other countries like Philippines, China, Japan, etc. Why would someone in Cyprus download eclipse from another country, if a mirror exists in the same country?
Yet, I've seen log entries of eclipse downloads from other countries like India for example.
All other projects we host redirect to us if a download from Cyprus occurs, so it got me wondering.
