Also added an item for stronger server support in the Vision wiki page, since I think E4 should also bring Eclipse as a plattform on servers a large step forward

Other subjects that I'd like to see words on are "Declarative UI" and "Styling/CSS". For the latter, a summary of available technologies, their licenses, and some pros/cons would be valuable. I'm happy to add some editing time to either of these but in the spirit of community participation I didn't want to solo write three work areas.
