[eclipse-dev] Committer Election for Heiko Klare on Eclipse PDE has started

A Committer election for Heiko Klare on project Eclipse PDE (eclipse.pde) was
started by Lars Vogel with this criteria:
I would like to nominate Heiko as PDE committer.
Heiko has been contributing to PDE for over two years, with roughly 15 merged
commits. His changes are small, well-targeted fixes in areas that need real
understanding of the code: JUnit 5 test engine selection in
RemotePluginTestRunner, Organize Manifest no longer dropping reexported
dependencies, a missing PDE Core dependency for PDE Runtime, SVG and icon
handling aligned with the platform, and a series of Javadoc and encoding
cleanups.
Just as valuable is his review work. He has reviewed 13 PDE pull requests and
taken part in the discussion of more.
Heiko is already a long-standing and highly active committer in Eclipse
Platform (over 1000 commits across Platform, Platform UI, SWT, and Equinox),
and also contributes to JDT and Tycho. He knows the project conventions, the
release process, and the surrounding APIs that PDE builds on.
Following the PMC's position that contributions to other Eclipse top-level
projects count towards a nomination, and given his involvement and the trust
he already has in the community, I am confident he will be an excellent PDE
committer. He has confirmed that he is interested.
