[eclipse-dev] Do we have Platform plan for 4.21?

Hi,

I've tried to find Platfrom plan for 4.21, but failed.

It should be this link:
https://www.eclipse.org/projects/project-plan.php?planurl=http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/development/plans/eclipse_project_plan_4_21.xml

but it says "Unable to display the project plan because the plan document (/localsite//eclipse/development/plans/eclipse_project_plan_4_21.xml) does not exist."

The background is discussion on bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=572389 about JDT moving to Java 11.
